All products purchased from Jetlink and ordered from our website come with a 7 - 14 days replacement warranty. If you have an issue with your item or received a defective unit, please contact us to get a replacement. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Our replacement warranty lasts between 7 and 14 days depending on the product category. If the aforementioned timeline has gone by since your purchase, we will not offer a replacement.
